What is the xydrobe VR Cinema?

The xydrobe VR Cinema is a multisensory experience unlike no other, housing stunning visuals through a VR headset, immersive surround sound, scent and wind. Each both we showcase incredible stories when the worlds best brands takeover.

What can I expect from my experience?

Each booking includes a showing inside the xydrobe VR Cinema, usually around 10 minutes long (subject to each experience). As well as time within the brand lounge to explore the physical part of the experience.

How long do I get inside a xydrobe cinema destination?

Each ticket grants guests access and time within the brands lounge whilst they wait for their viewing to start. We recommend setting aside 30 minutes for your full experience, starting in the lounge and ending with your VR cinema viewing.

When should I arrive for my experience?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your VR Cinema booking to give yourself time to explore the brand lounge ahead of your viewing slot.

Where can I experience the xydrobe VR Cinema?

From June 2024, the xydrobe VR Cinema will be exclusively positioned inside Harrods on the 5th floor.

Where is the xydrobe VR Cinema located within Harrods?

Harrods is located on Brompton Rd, London SW1X 7XL. Once you enter the store, take the escalator's or lift up to the 5th floor, and you'll find us right next to the Egyptian staircase, to the right.

What happens if I am late for my booking?

Unfortunately due to regular bookings throughout the day, we may not be able to accommodate modate your experience should you arrive late.

We will try our best to accommodate late arrivals into the next booking timeslot should their be any availability to do so but if the experience is sold out this may not be possible.

Can I change my booking to another time?

Exchanges are accepted, we will do all we can should you be unable to attend your booking, however this is subject to availability. Unfortunately we cannot exchange bookings on a sold out experience. We do not accept exchanges less that 24 hours prior to your booking. Please visit Universe or follow the instruction via your confirmation email to change your booking time.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are no longer able to make your booking, we are happy to exchange your ticket for a more suitable time, subject to availability.
