xydrobe is a multisensory virtual reality destination curating a diverse roster of unforgettable experiences from the world's most iconic brands. Our flagship location in Mayfair, London hosts two one-person xydrobe's, housing stunning visuals through a VR headset, immersive surround sound, scent and wind.

What can I expect from my experience?

Each ticket includes a private experience inside our xydrobe's, time within the destination to explore the exclusive physical design and exhibition, a product with purchase from our experience brand partner, bespoke food and beverage and unique branded keepsakes.

How long do I get inside a xydrobe destination?

Each ticket grants guests up to fifty minutes inside a xydrobe destination.

When should I arrive?

Due to the nature of the experience and time slot allocation, we ask all our guests to please arrive promptly.

Where is xydrobe London?

In the heart of Mayfair, our store resides at 11 Carlos Place, London, WIK 3AX. Closely situated and in walking distance to Bond Street Tube Station.

Can I make a group booking?

We invite you to book as a group or an individual for any of our allocations. For large groups or full corporate day bookings please email or get in touch through our contact page.

What happens if I am late for my booking?

Unfortunately due to regular bookings throughout the day, we cannot extend your experience should you arrive late.

We will try our best to accommodate late arrivals but if you arrive past your booked time then it's possible your session will be shortened or even missed.

Can I change my booking to another time?

Exchanges are accepted, we will do all we can should you be unable to attend your booking, however this is subject to availability. Unfortunately we cannot exchange bookings on a sold out experience. We do not accept exchanges less that 48 hours prior to your booking. Please contact to change your time allocation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Unfortunately we do not accept refunds, however if you are no longer able to make your booking, we are happy to exchange your ticket for a more suitable time, subject to availability.
