What is the xydrobe VR Cinema?

The xydrobe VR Cinema is a multisensory experience unlike no other, housing stunning visuals through a VR headset, immersive surround sound, scent and wind.

Where is the xydrobe VR Cinema located within Harrods?

Harrods is located on the 5th floor of Harrods, Brompton Rd, London SW1X 7XL.

Once you enter the store, take the central escalator up to the 5th floor, and you'll find us on the right hand side, on the way to Technology.

What can I expect from my experience?

Each booking includes a showing inside the xydrobe VR Cinema, usually around 10 minutes long (subject to each experience). As well as access to the brand lounge to explore the physical element of the experience.

How long do I get inside a xydrobe cinema destination?

Each ticket grants guests access and time within the brands lounge whilst they wait for their viewing to start. We recommend setting aside 30 minutes for your full experience. Please arrive promptly to your experience start time to avoid missing any elements of the experience.

When should I arrive for my experience?

Please arrive promptly to your chosen time slot to avoid missing any elements of your experience. Late attendance may result in you missing your VR experience viewing.

What happens if I am late for my booking?

Unfortunately due to regular bookings throughout the day, we may not be able to accommodate modate your experience should you arrive late.

We will try our best to accommodate late arrivals into the next booking time slot should there be any vacancies but this is subject to availability on the day.

Can I change my booking to another time?

Exchanges are accepted for alternative time slots should you no longer be able to make your reservation. We will do all we can to find an alternative time, however this is subject to availability. Unfortunately we cannot exchange bookings on a sold out time slot.

What is your cancellation policy?

are there any health restrictions for the vr experience?

For medical reasons, if you have an implanted pacemaker, suffer from seizures or epilepsy or have a scent allergy, this experience is not suitable for you. If you are pregnant, please speak to your doctor before booking the experience. Please see our terms and conditions for any further questions.

is there an age restriction for the experience?

All elements of this experiences are 16+. Please do not book a ticket if you are under this age bracket.
